Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags/seals intact. Opened or used hair extensions are not eligible due to hygiene reasons. Customized, bulk, or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened hair extensions or wigs
- Clearance or final sale products
- Customized or bulk orders made specifically for the customer
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed for eligible products if the wrong item, length, or color was delivered. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement will be shipped after inspection of the returned product.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, you will receive return instructions for sending the item back for inspection.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable. COD order refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
