At ZivRa Hair Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering premium-quality hair extensions and related products. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns & Exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging (with tags/seals intact).
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hair extensions are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customized, bulk, or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened hair extensions/wigs (due to hygiene).
- Clearance or final sale products.
- Customized/bulk orders made specifically for the customer.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed for eligible products if the wrong item, length, or color was delivered.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
- Replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned product.

5. Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are non-refundable.
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund after verification.
7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
Returns or exchanges for bulk/wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our sales team for assistance.
